Company Story
New Castle Installs was created to bring back that trust with the homeowner and the integrity of the contractor. The owners worked for several different companies and noticed all of the installation issues, poor craftsmanship, and warranty problems. Things were not going to change unless they did something about it. New Castle Installs went back to the drawing board and decided they would rather invest more money to create that dream package for the homeowner. They found the best manufacturers, with the best warranties backed by the manufacturer, and most importantly – factory-trained installers. The reason New Castle Installs has been so successful is because of the culture that they live by – “Integrity at all costs, do the right thing even when nobody’s looking.”
